  • Resarch and innovation;
  • Education and outreach;
  • Learner and community involvement;
  • Work and Enterprise.

DCU invite proposals for papers to be presented during this conference.  These papers should be linked with the major themes of the conference however proposal ideas that extend beyond these thematic areas will also be considered.  They will also consider proposals for, workshops/interactive sessions, and posters/exhibits.

Proposals from academics, policy makers, non-governmental organisations and civic society are most welcomed. An abstract of maximum 200 words should reach Prof. Mark Mogan not later than May 11th and should indicate the name of and affiliation of the proposer as well as an overview of the content.  Abstracts will be sent for review by a panel of referees and the decision will be conveyed to the proposer by mid-July. A fuller version of the accepted papers will be expected one month before the conference.  Consideration will be given to publication of the conference proceedings including accepted papers .
